1. Introduction
This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and complaints are handled by
Whitehall Car Care Limited trading as Whitehall Car Wash. This policy should be read together with
our Terms & Conditions.

2. One-Off Services
Once a vehicle wash or valeting service has been completed, no refunds are provided. Customers
must inspect their vehicle before leaving the premises.

3. Dissatisfaction with Service
If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, you must notify a member of staff before leaving
the site. Where appropriate, we may offer a re-wash or partial remedy at our discretion. Refunds
are not guaranteed.

4. Memberships & Subscriptions
Membership fees, joining fees, and subscription payments are non-refundable, including unused
washes, missed visits, or partial months.

5. Cooling-Off Period
Where applicable, customers may have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer
Contracts Regulations 2013. If services are used during this period, the right to cancel and receive
a refund may be lost.

6. Cancellations
Cancellations are subject to the notice periods set out in our Terms & Conditions. No refunds are
issued for notice periods or unused time.

7. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may only be issued where required by law or in exceptional circumstances at our sole
discretion.

8. Method of Refund
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method where possible
and within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any issues. Unwarranted chargebacks
may result in suspension or termination of membership.

10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. The latest version will be published on our
website.

11. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
